She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from ITB, a master's in environmental engineering from Northwestern University, and a Ph.D. in Environmental Economics from the University of Queensland. Dr. Rahayu has represented Indonesia in various international forums, including the UN High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development and COP-27 in Egypt.
In her current role, she leads initiatives to enhance job creation, workforce productivity, labour protection, and labour market analysis as part of Indonesia's long-term development strategy.

Alwan is a member of Accenture’s APAC Energy Industry Leadership Team, serving as the Asia Pacific Energy Hub Lead (community of practice).
Alwan has been with Accenture for over eight years. Prior to his role as Client Account Lead, he was part of the Strategy practice with a focus on finance processes, product costing, and digital transformation in the energy industry. He also served as Accenture Indonesia’s CSR Lead for four consecutive years, establishing strong networks with NGOs and the government in Indonesia.
Before joining Accenture, Alwan had extensive experience in community-based business consulting and youth empowerment. He published a book titled Youth Leadership in 2015 and has provided leadership coaching to youth in over 60 events across Indonesia over a span of 1.5 years.

Foyez Uddin is a dynamic and active member of the Youth Advisory Council under Save the Children Bangladesh, representing the voice of young people on national and global platforms. He has played a significant role in youth-led consultations, awareness campaigns, and policy advocacy focused on employability, gender equity, mental health, and climate action.
Alongside his involvement with Save the Children, Foyez actively contributes to youth empowerment through other platforms. He also works with Amra Notun Network, focusing on women’s empowerment, disaster preparedness, and education. He is also a Policy Champion at Youth for Policy (IID) and currently the President of the Leo Club of Chittagong New Port City.
