Hosted by Save the Children’s Skills to Succeed program in partnership with Accenture, the Leaders of Change event will convene private sector leaders, government representatives, NGOs, academic institutions, and 16 Youth Representatives from seven countries. Together, we will explore how young people can thrive in the era of Industry 5.0.
As human ingenuity and machine intelligence increasingly intersect, we will ask: What does the future of work look like? And how can we ensure youth are not only prepared—but positioned to lead
This event is designed for stakeholders working at the intersection of youth development, workforce systems, and technological transformation. Attendees include leaders from the public and private sectors, non-governmental organizations, youth-serving institutions, and young changemakers.
The event will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at the JS Luwansa Hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Registration begins at 8:00 AM
The opening session will commence promptly at 9:00 AM
Programming will conclude at approximately 4:00 PM, with scheduled breaks and lunch provided.

Business or business casual attire is recommended. We recommend choosing comfortable professional clothing suitable for a full day of networking and interactive sessions.
This is a fully in-person event. A virtual or hybrid participation option will not be available.

While participation in the event is free of charge, all travel and accommodation arrangements must be managed independently by participants.
Yes. Light refreshments will be offered during scheduled breaks, and lunch will be provided on-site.
This is a highly interactive convening. All participants will engage in collaborative discussions, breakout sessions, and ideation activities. While formal presentations are limited, every attendee is encouraged to actively contribute their insights and lived experiences.
Participants should come prepared to share perspectives, explore strategies, and contribute to a dialogue about advancing youth employment in the context of Industry 5.0.

The event will be conducted in English only. Interpretation services will not be provided.

Sessions will not be recorded, in order to foster open dialogue and spontaneous collaboration. However, we will synthesize key takeaways in a post-event position paper to share insights and recommendations generated during the convening.
